xbox one has literally nothing going for it in japan, i dont see why anybody expected a big or even decent launch.

tier 2 countries wont have an impact on xb1 sales.

Even though Japan is a bad place for them its still one of the biggest countries. Play their cards right and they could profit from Japan I guess but the cards have not been played right so far
