I'll have to figure out what movies and shows to get in the next couple years.

At the very least I don't feel like there's a crazy amount I would miss out on if disc releases stopped.

Been worrying about this a lot. It'll be disappointing, but it'll be fine.

what are the viable ways to buy movies and shows digitally.

I trust Sony with games but their movie side has been a shame show of taking away access to purchased content.

is there any trustworthy store front?

I think the options are:

Apple TV, Prime Video, Vudu/Fandango at Home, Movies Anywhere.

I think Apple TV is probably the best overall.

Watched Interstellar with my mother in law.

I think this is like the 4th or 5th time I've watched it.

Spoiler for Hidden:
I still feel like the whole 5th dimensional beings part of the movie is far too consequential for such a vague concept.

It feels kind of like a deus ex machina. Supergirl is pulling a morbius/the marvels, wow.

Very very bad box office.

kitler53

didn't the maga bros decide they wanted to kill this movie and then the girl playing Supergirl took the bait and said a bunch of shame on twitter?

you know what they say,.. go woke get broken by our nation's misogynists and racists.

also the movie may have been legit bad. that could have contributed I suppose..

59% of opening weekend tickets were for men, and 65% were over 25. The movie just failed to attract young women.

It might have helped. But it does sound like the movie could have been a lot better.

From what it sounds like, it's an average movie. It's not bad like Madame Web or Morbius, but it's not good either.

Not sure exactly what the issue is.

There was an article that claimed that James Gunn and Craig Gillespie had some big creative differences.
Some people wondered if the writing was worse than what James Gunn thought.
I've seen people complain about the editing.

Superman was 68%/32%.

That 9% sexist male demo, could have made a huge difference!

I mean obviously not lol.

But yeah it's odd they erased Milly's naughtiness appeal instead of pushing it. Superman with henry cavill understood the assignment.

Has anyone watched Obsession?

$400 million box office off a $750k budget.

It's not really my type of movie, but I've been fans of the YouTubers for a while:
