If you watch the whole thing, that'd be better.
But basically even what he said in the video, that people don't talk about it.  It's too sad, the article was just throwing that part in their face.

GTA V online is so god dang shame. Game takes 50 hours to load, and when it does load online it puts me in a lobby all by myself...Then when I search for a new lobby I get to play in it for 5 minutes before it says disconnected from server!!! And barely anyone is doing any missions so it's near impossible for me to make money to buy shame...GARBAAAAAAAAAAGE
