eeeesh. I've only ever gotten mine to 185ish, but that was at the end of a leg day doing lunges

Yeah I've got a freak heart. I don't think it's a good thing lol.

185 bpm for me and I can still be breathing through my nose and talking mostly full sentences.

I should probably see a doc  ::)

The standard formula is 220 minus your age, and that is your max heart rate possible.

best time of the year.   pretty much tied my best time ever.  dropped almost 4 minutes off my time from last week.

That's awesome, congrats!

I've been going back relatively consistently.  Apparently my heart rate is low.  I checked it right after a work out and it was below normal.

What's the number?

My resting heartrate has gone up over the past few months, after I blew up my life for a bit.

I don't know.  The machine (at the gym) said 130 is normal.  I was at 128 after a heavy work out.  The machine was working since my cousin, who has been having heart issues, had high blood pressure.  But I don't know what that number was referencing.

It depends on so many things. One good health stat is to see how fast your heartrate drops after a workout is finished. Like work as heatd as you can, get it as high as you can, and then sit down and see how much it drops in 60 seconds.

Either I have godlike recovering abilities or something isn't right.

I was feeling lazy and going to skip the gym today.

Browsed instagram a bit instead and nevermind, I'm inspired. It's great motivation. All the "fitness" influencers I follow.
