It's funny how much of a rejection it is to the witness.

The Witness was the ultimate "wow that looks great" game and then lots of people tried it and struggled with the puzzles. Meanwhile this has like basically nothing to sell itself except puzzles. I don't think anyone is going to buy this unless they already identify as a puzzle freak.


The trailer is pretty bad haha. Even the cover art for the youtube video looks like a cheep indie game you've never heard of. Very sausage roll vibes.

um.. i think you shared one of his video a year or so ago.   so i saw that.   visually it looked nothing like what i saw today.   that footage had the core gameplay but graphics were pretty place holder.    

i've never been one to watch the special features on a dvd about how they made the movie.   and watching dev streams spanning years sounds like the same thing but only 100x worse.   i just want final products and not "early access".  i don't care how the sausage is made.

As a fellow puzzle game fan,.. yes i think you are jaded from all your prior knowledge.   But i do agree with you above.   This looks great for puzzle game fans and not something the mainstream will care about.
