for how bad the games looks this is probably the range it deserves.  but it's a Nintendo game so you should increase the range by +5 to account for Nintendo bias.

I just looked it up and despite being terrible prime 3 got 90.

Metroid other m got 79, so there is hope!

I legit will buy it if it looks great (but I have zero interest in what reviewers in general say)

Also tried the demo for 10 seconds. Felt off as an fps.

i've seen next to nothing about this game and never played one so I'm just throwing out random numbers. heh

it probably just felt like metroid prime.

i think that's something that makes me not like prime 4.   it's been almost 25 years and 4 generations later and the game barely looks different than the gamecube original.   the visuals are cleaner (less aliasing.  better geometry) but that's about it.

So subtract the nintendo bias and 76.

Eighteen years after the last installment, Samus Aran finds herself lost in her most linear, easiest game yet. Nevertheless, the unique atmosphere, solid foundations, excellent visuals, and several neat dungeon ideas make Viewros well worth a visit.

Trash game if true. Linear is the opposite of what you want in a metroid game.

i read thought a few reviews:

- terrible narrative
- annoying supporting cast (apparently myles isn't the worst one)
- bad ending
- boring and lifeless open world desert area
- linear dungeon areas
- lots of backtracking

But... some parts of the game feel identical to the original prime!!   so the game is a 80-90!!

Oh apparently some of the bosses are getting listed as a positive but what i read sounds terrible. see spoiler.
Spoiler for Hidden:
i guess there is a boss that when you first encounter the boss it is not possible to win.   after dying samus downloads a "strategy" allowing you to make progress on the 2nd attempt.   sound like BS to me

maybe the other ones are better.
