Yeah Im going 2 days to the park and I've been checking the wait times periodically and most of the rides I really want to ride are usually under an hour. Except the Harry Potter ride which can get to 2-3 hour wait.  It's been better lately. Going lower than an hour wait in the evenings.

Nice. Doing just epic or other parks too?

Turkish air is pretty cool. Got a free 4 star hotel stay.

Served free drinks when I walked in, room has a great view of hagia sophia and blue mosque.


All free because I have a 23 hour layover (which I did on purpose).

UGHHHH I'm so tired of this govt!!!!! The flight cancellations that are gonna be happening are starting the day we leave to orlando, of course!! I'm very worried we would get there and it's cancelled. I'm 100% fine driving if we have to

i was in NYC a few weeks back.   we were flying into midway which is chicago's small airport but I noticed every single flight heading to o'hare was delayed.   on the one side there was one flight that was already 5 hours late and not boarding.   on the other side there was a flight scheduled for 4 hours later that was already had a delayed status.   but midway was right on time.

not sure where you are flying from but i'll wager it's the biggest and busiest airports that will be impacted the most.

We are flying out of Indianapolis to charlotte to Orlando. All of which have been hit with the reduction percent starting tomorrow.  With the risks and wanting to make sure we don't get iced out of our trip we are leaving tonight to drive 5-6 hours, stay overnight, then continue the rest to orlando

I just flew back today from istanbul. At least my flight into America was unaffected.

Very hard landing though. Hardest I can remember.

I'm gonna guess we could have gotten to Orlando just fine but there was just too many variables with different planes coming in and if those would be on time. And then our return from Orlando could be affected since the cuts will likely ramp up and ripple from today in a worse situation

Actually kinda nice just driving. Lol

Got to stop at a Buc-ees for the first time. Plus I don't see much of the country too often so it's cool to see more than just the flat fields of Indiana

Because we left last night we are still going to arrive nearly around the same time as if we stayed on the flight

My parents always drive places. Drove like 18 hours to Tennessee, Louisiana, Alabama.  

I think there's something very nice about driving. 

Somehow I feel like time goes slower on airplanes, like 15 hours of driving feels like less time than 6 hours of flying.

Yeah this was a 15 hour drive.  It's really not that bad if you can switch off drivers and stop every once in a while. 

Sometimes I hate all that an airport entails. It was just made worse with what's happening now.
