It is.  Best Spider-Man movies by far

Yeah cause you better buy the 3D bluray instead.

Watched part of the bad Ghibli movie.

Earwig and the Witch is very bad. It reminds me of Monster House, but it's worse in a lot of regards.

And the lip sync is so terrible.

Oh but monster house wasn't that bad imo.

Like I'm not defending it. I just put all those type of movies in the same bin.

When I was watching Spiderman Spiderverse, I found myself thinking about Superman.

When you watch Spiderman, you really feel like the responsibility to do good is weighing them down. They have struggles. Miles and Peter both are so burdened by doing the right thing.

When you watch Batman, it's a little bit different. He also feels the responsibility to do good, but it feels like he just has to do it. It doesn't feel like it's weighing him down the way it does for Spiderman.

The Superman movies both feel different from that.

Christopher Reeve feels too suave as Superman. He doesn't feel like he's "trying to do the right thing." He is just doing and succeeding at the right thing, because he's that super.

David Corenswet feels different. There are things that he struggles with in the movie, but when it comes to helping people, it feels like he's borderline excited to do what he thinks is the right thing. Its a weird juxtaposition against the Christopher Reeve Superman. It's like he's less super confident than Reeve, but he more than makes up for it in other ways.

I found it so delightful.

There are better movies, better Super hero movies. But I just find it so delightful. And I would love to watch more things with characters like that.
