Kids went back to school today.

Work is fine.

Kind of struggling to keep a good balance with things. (Been slacking on my exercises and other stuff.)

Pretty good. Still got plenty of work, though I'm still hoping they get me on full time. Was hoping it would have happened by now.  

Trying to start the process to build a house on my lot I have, but just very nervous about not being full time and only contract.  But I should be fine as long as I do it without going overboard on the house.  Just gonna be a smaller 1900ish sqft with 3 car garage.  I'm hoping build price is maybe $175 sqft. Plenty of final finishes and stuff like painting that I can do after to save on budget.

It feels like such a struggle to make new habits and keep them going.  

A couple days being busy or not feeling good, or feeling down, and somehow it feels such a huge task to get back into something.

Doing good, gonna be a bit expensive purchases the next few months so prepping for it lol.


Ordered myself a iPhone 17 Pro Max 2 TB (Orange) and new Airpod Pros 3 which I will be getting next month so cant wait to replace my iPhone 13 Pro max 1 TB and dont have any earphone sets (I do have a Sony XM4 headsets but I only use it for my Switch playing). 


A lot has changed over the past 7-8 years since I last posted here.


-Graduated from college
-Got into a job in my career (IT)
-Got married
-Bought a house
-Traveled to the UK, France, UAE (and went to India twice). 
-Bought a new car (first time buying a Hybrid)
-Dad passed away (literally 3 weeks before my daughter was born)
-Daughter was born
-Several QoL improvements across the record
-Expanded my gaming into Xbox and iOS alongside Nintendo, Sony and PC which I've been doing for a decade. 


Hopefully the next 10 years will be even better for my household and I.

Yeah I bought an Xbox mainly for the b/c titles but I've been buying some of the XBO and XSeries titles as well when they are heavily discounted. 

I'm mostly on Switch 1/2 - I play my Switch OLED at work (during break time) and at home I swap between my gaming desktop, PS5, Xbox Series X and Switch 2.

I was the same way with xbox bc. First half of this gen was just playing a lot of last gen titles.
