That's insane though since no mission impossible ever made enough money to cover a production budget of 400 million.

With marketing cost even billion dollar movies probably wouldn't be profitable

Yeah fallout was my favorite and that was only $800 million.

Sinners was cool until the twist. Then it was pretty lame imo.

Heh. I wasn't gonna watch fantastic four in theaters but now I kinda want to just to see the trailer on a big screen.

Hopefully it's not too long till they release the trailer online

Kpop Demon Hunters seems to be pretty highly rated.

Sony Pictures Animation seems to have quite a mixed bag of the worst and some very great animated movies.

The Mitchells vs. the Machines, the Spiderverse movies, Kpop.

We're not there, but I could almost imagine a world where Sony Animation is consistently putting out their good movies, while Disney struggles. :P

Legend

Oh I could see that. Cloudy with a chance of meatballs was better than most modern Disney and Pixar movies.

Watching Superman 1978. I'm a little over half way.

It feels like a weird movie.

I feel like I don't like how the movie flows.

It manages to feel like it's too long, and not long enough at the same time. It feels like some things are kind of over explained and some things aren't explained enough.

Spoiler for Hidden:
Like they justify why Superman's parents are dead.

Jorel knows that Krypton is going to be destroyed well in advance, but no one else believes his conclusion, and requires that he doesn't leave the planet.

It feels like they spent a lot of time fleshing out that, but then when it comes to Superman and Lois, Superman's childhood in general, everything else by comparison feels skipped over.

Eh, finished it.

Some things I love, but I feel like I don't see what other people see.

Is it a cult classic or something? Never watched the old sups.

I hadn't quite gotten the impression that it's a cult classic.

It seems like it generally has good, but not great reviews.

Music is good, the actors and acting is good.

But I feel like it has some of the worst writing I've seen in a superhero movie in general.

Man of Steel and Superman 1978, to me feel like they are trying to cover too much.

I recall Man of Steel feeling very disjointed because of it.

Superman 1978 feels more glossed over.
