I always expected poor, but I will admit fixing the flinch in the trailer gave me a bit of hope.

But now it seems even nerds will dislike it. What a bad start to the dc reboot. Maybe they'll bring back gal gadot and margot robbie since they are the only parts of modern dc anyone likes, assuming the batman doesn't get folded in.

I'm not sure. 

I've seen some people say they love it, and others say it's a disaster. 

Curious if it'll be a movie where half of the people hate it and half love it. 
Or if the people who love it are just a minority. (Or vice versa)

I'll wait for the second wave of reviews and what moviegoers say. Planning to see it in the theater soon though

How many more superhero films in general, and Superman films in particular, do we need to see that all end with the same spectacular faux-apocalypse in the big city with CGI skyscrapers collapsing? They were fun at first ... but the thrill is gone.

Some of the reviews feel like they're just sick of superhero movies.

Still think it was a big mistake for Superman movie to set up a DCU.
I think they should have had the movies be largely self contained.

Have the Superman movies focus on Superman, have a separate Justice League series that ties things together. 

I think it contributes a lot to the fatigue for Marvel, that in order to get everything out of some of these movies, you need to watch several other ones.

Watches superman. Better than I thought it would be. But it wasn't fantastic either. Some of it was really silly. I also didn't like some of the casting choices. Though superman himself was good

Hehe silly is always expected with James Gunn. I didn't feel like he went over the line considering it's a superhero movie
