Sony cancels games at Bluepoint and Bend

I loved ascension's multiplayer, but I don't know how it could be built into a full stand alone game with longevity.

For honor is the blueprint. 

Just continue adding more characters that have their own style of gameplay. Or more it depend on the weapon you're holding.

So kratos with an axe is different from kratos with Thor's hammer. 

Or zues with kratos blades ....

Actually each character can have their own special ability, and the weapon they use can have their own abilities and gameplay as well. Double layer right there. And you start with a few characters and weapons and add more as you go

Start with kratos, zues, thor, Freya, the Valkyrie queen (forgot her name), hades ( a human sized version of him). 

And then add characters like Odin, Hercules, Poseidon, Athena, Aries, bulder as you go. There are enough characters to do it. And enough weapons in the games to do this. Kratos had like 4 major weapons and each game in the trilogy he would get different weapons.

to the best of my knowledge grub's only real insider knowledge was via his special relationship with MSpencer.   basically spencer would utilize grub when it was convenient for him to use grub.   a planned leak like for the multiplat announcements that softened the blow before spencer spoke or to spread the lie that sony paid to keep black myth wokong off of xbox.

so firstly,.. if the "leak" he is leaking is not related to MS i would take it with a grain of salt.   he often times just parrots what others have already said or says shame that feels so blatently obvious that i doubt it is even a leak (aka bluepoint's game was canceled because of concord).

secondy,.. i feel like even MS doesn't care to talk to him anymore.   he used to drop a lot of MS stuff but ever since MS's multiplat pivot there hasn't been much (if any) of that either.  he has had very few wins lately so his loses are mounting and his respect fading.

not that we'll ever get a definitive count but the reality could be that at the end of the ps5 generation more games were canceled than shipped...

i don't think it counts when a game is canceled in pre-production.   these are games with years of effort from hundreds of people behind them.

Still might be true. Loads of games are cancelled without us even knowing.
But yeah it's crazy how many games are being cancelled that have been years in production 

Bad direction from Sony, pushing studios to make a type of games that doesn't fit the studio culture and history
