Facebook paid $2 billion for oculus. Did not expect Lucky to have the same kind of luck a second time. Seems he might end up remembered more for this than for VR.

it's a manufacturing building?   why does it look so pretty?   that looks like a massive amount of wasted money to make an industrial site look good.   it's not just the cost to make something pretty,.. a building built to be pretty means they aren't prioritizing how to make the manufacturing efficient.   they should get a few industrial engineers on the team if you ask me.  this looks to be a pump and dump.
