i won't mind if more come but i've never been much interested in their exclusives.    perhaps fable.   i loved the 1st but peter screwed up the franchise imo.   maybe in fresh hands it can go back to doing what it did well in the first place

But there was never anyone that was saying Starfield and Indy were confirmed coming, right. Just insiders saying this is likely to happen not that it is for sure.

If these game sell really well, more games will come, no doubt.  You know how much Starfield would sell if they put it on PS5. MS has to know that would be a massive seller for them. It's only a matter of time.

I assume grounded, pentament, sea of thieves, and hi fi rush will all release within a few months. Doubt that porting work is just starting today.

So Starfield and Indy could still come as a second wave later in the year. Or they could be trying to give their games a 1 year exclusivity window. Will be really interesting to see what they do after the first 4 release.

none of the insiders "confirmed" it but many took their "confirmations" and then speculated on the future and people being people couldn't tell the difference between "rumor" and "speculation".   it was a cluster f of misinformation.

yeah, the rumors are this has been in progress for a while.   the fact worker-bee types were working on it is why the rumors exist in the first place.   

the fact that spencer went out of his way to "not rule out" starfield and indy is pretty significant to me.   to me it says that it will get ported just that the work hasn't started yet.

i am happy.   of the "4" this is the only game i care about and i'm glad it's not a "switch only" port.    yes i could have played this on steamdeck but i'd rather play it on my TV with better resolution.
