Interesting. Jim Ryan didn't seem as bad as some people acted, but I'm still excited for fresh leadership.

Jim isn't very old to be "retiring".  

he has done a fine job overall but I hope the next guy sees value in small and quirky titles.  I very much miss that about Sony's PS3 era even if those titles were not massively profitable.

And he's a high ranking position, so has money to retire earlier than most.

surehe could but often times these high ranking people are in it for the power more than the money. 

Nancy Pelosi.  mich McConnell.  Legend Biden.  Donald Trump.

none on them should be running for reelection.  3/4 confirmed and I'll be surprised if McConnell doesn't as well.

Those are politicians, these are business men there is a big difference. While some like the power, or just working, others want to cash in and retire and enjoy their life's. I bet the guys a millionaire now, why spend more time in a high pressure job when you can just retire and let your stocks and investments bring money in
