Starfield OT First big update

I moved up the countdown. It's releasing Tuesday evening in America.

Really hope everything doesn't get spoiled by then. I think I'm going to have to cut out all game websites besides this one.

no.  they look boring AF. 

well I tried fallout 3 on PS3 because it was so hyped.  quit after maybe 10-15 hours because it was boring AF.

I've actually never beat a bethesda game. Lol. At least from the main dev. I adore Skyrim and the world but I never actually finished. I got too engrossed just doing random stuff that I eventually moved to other games that released

But back when Skyrim first released, huge open world games weren't as abundant as they are now. I have low desire to play huge 100 hours or more games. That's one reason I'm not as hyped for starfield. But I hope it's amazing and I get sucked in though

Haven't played Fallout. Only played Skyrim, but I've put hundreds of hours into that one.

Just hope it's not as bad as gow ragnarok for me.

Also hope quests don't break if you skip parts. In skyrim on series x I thought I was being clever by breaking into a special house but I actually just corrupted a quest I didn't know about.

A number of notable outlets did not get a review copy.

Probably cause of Eurogamer's new review score system, which would tank the Metacritic if you guys gave it a 3/5. I would ask, but they've blacklisted me since 2013

Lastly, a note on Digital Foundry. You should expect to see relatively prompt coverage of the game by Rich and his team after a separate delivery of Starfield code was provided to them. However, this was provided alongside instruction to me by Bethesda that no other parts of Eurogamer were granted access. This was an unprecedented request, but one I ultimately felt compelled to honour to ensure the access granted to Digital Foundry was not subsequently impacted by any other mandate

Well PureXbox makes me not worried. Their fallout 4 and redfall reviews were both higher than the metacritic average so no reason to skip them if Microsoft was trying to manipulate results.
