Crackpot "pseudoscience" really sucks

I love this youtube channel but it's so difficult to learn of new pseudoscience causing real harm. Would never have expected thousands of people believed a special diet could get a pet to grow back organs.

There's an insane amount of pseudoscience across the board. Some of it is relatively "harmless" (although not entirely harmless), but then there are huge pseudo-industries for health related stuff.

And that's pretty awful that so many people get taken advantage of like that; when they're at their most desperate.

It's crazy how prevalent it is. My mom works in finance for doctors and comes across it far too often. She'll get free samples of stuff and since she's not a doctor herself she has no clue what is legit or not. She even got homeopathic stuff once (just pure water, not a vitamin/mineral supplement like many assume).

I may be off topic here but...

...at one point I liked gwyenth paltro.  but then she helmed a pseudoscience con artist empire.
