So I was probably wrong about this one.

Their game sounds like it is very far along. People were mentioning that Hermen Hulst played it a couple years ago already; over 5 years in development.  So wouldn't be impossible to launch later this year even.

Sounds like Guerrilla has bigger plans for Decima.

It would be pretty smart. Unreal isn't going anywhere but there's lots of room for a second game engine amongst AAA.

So who is getting acquired next? I feel like another studio being announced in the next couple of months is not crazy. I think Deviation or Arrowhead.

I am betting Deviation in June.

It's very wild to me how much SIE has grown.

I think the largest they've been on the software side has been something like 16 studios.
A lot of the studios are larger now, and they basically have 21 studios? Depending on what all you count. 

Uncharted 2 apparently had 85 internally.

Now Naughty Dog is 300. 

Even some of SIE's smallest teams are larger than ND was for Uncharted 2.
