Spencer adds, "There's no doubt Microsoft and his role in the tech industry. We're a large tech company. And I do think that this the discussion around an acquisition of this size is warranted."

Still expects deal to be approved.

He notes, though that Apple's power is hard to ignore.

While it'd be great if fees were lowered on consoles, I have no problem paying them. Not frustrating like the same fees on PC stores.
