What do you think is going on with Media Molecule?

During the early PS3 era, one could make a pretty good argument that Media Molecule was one of the premiere PlayStation Studios. LittleBigPlanet was a huge success for the early PlayStation 3 and Sony was going all in on the Play Create Share mantra.

Media Molecule hasn't particularly had as much success on the PS4. At the very least I have a hard time believing that they've seen the level of success they were expecting.

Yet they've continued to support Dreams. is that still the future for Media Molecule? Or is that just a temporary thing until their next project comes out?

I really hope they jump out of this play create share mantra that is ironically restricting them creatively and restricting what type of games they can make

I wish they would go back to making actual games, dreams is a creation tool, not a game. The LBP series is being butchered while MM is making an engine. Its a shame really

No clue. I think they're all hands on Dreams still. Last year they released their own story and they regularly colab with players.
