I haven't seen any. 

As far as I know, most companies are still in growth mode. 

Could end up grinding to a halt, though. But I feel like it would hit Ubisoft, and some others more than it would hit Sony/Nintendo/etc.

Game Informer has been hit hard by GameStop cuts and austerity this year. Staff have talked about losing three people to layoffs yesterday, but my understanding is that a lack of backfilling after some departures has cut GI headcount by more than 50% since the start of the year
