Is there a way to "fix" the audio on ps5?

so i was watching a bluray this weekend and i'm tired of living like this....

the audio for my ps5 goes via HDMI to my TV.   Nothing fancy,.. just tv speakers.  If i want high quality audio i'll plug in my headset.   My problem/annoyance is how differently i have to configure my TVs volume depending on what i'm doing:
- Gaming: 8-12
- Netflix: 15-20
- Disney+: 15-30
- blu ray: 60-70

1. why the fudge do i have to turn my TV's volume so high to hear a blu ray?  even then the dialog can be difficult to hear while explosion shake the dang house.
2. is there a way to configure this to be more similar.   I don't mind clicking up/down a bit but going from bluray to gaming is dangerous at night when my kids are asleep.

I asked this question before (for other platforms). Because I've noticed this on every console I've ever had.

My parent's Nintendo Wii you had to turn the volume down to like 25, whereas movies needed like 40 to be as loud.

With my TV and PS5 I currently have to watch movies at like 30, whereas games are generally at ~15.

I feel like it's one of those things that most people just take for granted, and don't even think about it.

it's seriously like the worst thing to happen in my life since my mission to take on vizioneck's "jump to" functionality.   worse really because i don't even know who to complain to...

I deal with the same thing.

Dialogue volume is often too quite and movies are less loud than games.

As to number 2, it sucks but you could turn off PS5 menu sounds.

Pezus said to get a sound bar.

But I'm secretly convinced he changes the volume without thinking about it.

don't really have room for a sound bar.  too many consoles.

I mainly change the volume for YouTube ads because they increase the volume there to make them more obnoxious

I'm assuming you watch all of these things on the PS5?

My TV at least has an option where you can adjust the sound per HDMI port.

Usually you can equalise volume (TV settings for example)
