I can corroborate much of @deantak's reporting on Moon Studios. I was told Moon founders resorted to personal attacks/bullying towards Xbox's teams, burned all bridges.

Stupid. They dug their own grave. MS certainly doesn't need them now. And if this is their reputation I doubt most big publishers would bother. Its not like they are a huge dev that makes huge games.

As an example, Mahler and Korol regularly made unprofessional and offensive comments.
"Tyler is the only person who is aware of my devious plans to kill the Jews by making them work to death through game development," Mahler "joked" in a text chat that was available for anyone in the company to read

In one case, Mahler wanted a character in an upcoming game to be raped. It took about a month to convince him this was a bad idea for a plot in a video game, where the object was to provide the character with a motivation for revenge.

This industry. You think it's starting to get better but more and more insane stuff just keeps coming out.  A lot of stuff is being brought to light to that's better but it still has a loooong way to go
