Devolver Digital going public, Thursday with a valuation of nearly £700 million

Devolver, which anticipates having a GBP694.3 million market capitalisation, plans to list on Thursday.

The Delaware, US-based company will raise GBP36.5 million, with existing shareholders selling an additional GBP154.3 million. It will give a total offer size of GBP190.9 million. It will price its initial public offering at 157 pence per share.

the stonks are soo broken these days they will probably be valued at 6 billion by the end of the month.

doesn't look like my fidelity account lets me buy into the london stock exchange.   not that i was going to buy.

up 10% at one point today.   a much more muted IPO than i'm used to watching.  i guess no one cares about devoler.
