Doesn't matter. Whats the frame rate of a 15 year old game on PS5 though. Thats what matters this gen

feels low?   

unless they are all AAA and none are small thing like "pixel junk" that's not a ton of games.  they will probably release over 3-5 years.

25 games from first party feels low?

At this point, only a couple are going to be AA.

At this point, only a couple are going to be AA.  
Well I think it's pretty standard when you add in outside studios like Housemarque.  Sony considered them to be PlayStation studios.
Well its more any projects that the XDEV teams are working on they'll be counting those as well.

Its a pretty decent amount, for sure way less than xbox now though.
