I can't find the exact line, but apparently SIE is looking to invest an additional ~$183.5 million for expanding their studios.

The house of PlayStation also plans to increase the number of development personnel in its first-party studios by approximately 20 billion yen year-on-year as the software production capability will be further strengthened.

This got ignored, but I feel like this is a big deal.
