Yeah it's a good deal if you want gamepass.

For me though, it just shows how expensive gamepass is. $15 a month is super expensive since that's the only way you can buy it. That's $120 a year on top of gold.

You can get regular game pass for $10 a month but that's still a lot imo.

$120 isn't bad if you were going to buy 3 ms first party games a year at full price.   but i only bought 2 games at full price the entire last gen (Uncharted 4 and God of War).  my average purchase price is ~$10 per game so that's 12 games.  i probably buy 12 games a year but the games on gamepass have a low overlap with the games i would buy.

AC Valhalla was releasing on the 17th. Bumped up to match xbox. Seems we can't use release dates to predict next gen, or maybe xbox was originally targeting the 17th.

Yeah its not like it really matters at all. I do keep my electronic boxes though in case a return is needed.

i mean, yeah, that's a good idea i suppose.

the only hardware i've ever had trouble with is the wii and xbox 360.  twice i had to contact nintendo about my wii and both times they mailed me a "returns" box and sent me a new wii as a replacement.   it wasn't a problem to not have the orignal box.  i just needed the serial number which was on the wii.  for my xbox it was only the harddrive and things were the same,.. they sent me a box and mailed me a new harddrive.

Terrible thing.

I accidentally spilled root beer on my cousin's 360. It showed RRoD, so we sent it in. And they sent us a new one back.

We sent a Wii in because it was scratching the disks. Perfectly round scratches.

lulz.   way to give it to the man.   i can clearly see now that RRoD was not as big of a deal as everyone made it out to be.   clearly there was just too much root beer in the world...

Not actual boxes or consoles.

Just the console body.
