Y'all have probably seen the Era thread but PS France added 4 videos to their PS5 playlist. They add many more videos including some random game trailers for PS4 games, so its probably just stuff like that. The Latin America account would just be posting the one trailer which is actually PS5 centric.

I don't see any Sony event being announced before the next xbox show has been dated, but ya never know.

other than the date there is nothing that couldn't be filed under, "well duh".  

price, date, UI need to be shown soon. 

the already announced games will be the first to release even if not in the "launch" window.  other than ratchet none have had a the in-depth look I think we all expected after the last show.  they need at least a second look before launching. 

horizon also needs a more in-depth look. 

"big horror" has been so heavily rumored it might as well have been announced already. 

Sony buying a lot of timed content is also pretty much known already too.  we already know some of it i'm pretty sure there is more.  that kind of deal pretty much requires that sony promote it.

can anyone for just once while stating that ps5 won't be backwards compaitible with ps2/ps3 ever mention that 52 ps2 titles are on ps4 right now and many of the best ps3 games were ported to ps4 as well.

oh sure support isn't fantastic but you can play all 3 ps2 GTA, pschonaught, dark cloud, all three jaks, TLoU, all 3 uncharteds, all of the kingdom hearts, shadow of the colossus, all three spyros, all three crash bandicoots, crash bandicoot racing, wipeout, read dead, braid, heavy rain and beyond 2 souls.  demon's souls is being re-leased for ps5.     

there isn't that long of a list of games on ps2/3 worth pining over not being on ps4/5.

i mean yeah, "nice".  i just don't think it is worth the investment.   i have my ps3 right next to my ps4.  i haven't turned in on in 7 years now or whatever it has been since i got my ps4.

here is all i'm "missing" titles:
- Ratchet and clank
  - going commando
  - up your arsenal
  - tools of destruction
  - quest for booty
  - crack in time
  - into the nexus
  - god of war 1 and 2
  - puppeteer
  - portal 2

...but meh.  i'll live without them.   like i said,.. my ps3 is just sitting right there.   honestly, i'd prefer a remaster of each to BC.

Well sure, a remaster is better.  
But an emulator is cheaper.

to remaster each and every ps game would clearly take longer but there are only a few dozen worth remastering.  plus sony can sell a remaster at a profit.  BC is being given away so there is no value to sony there.
