Endgame made more in its opening weekend than any DC film in history.

Forgot about my tracker! OS-C for Endgame is estimated at $529m, for IW it was $383m. So that's 38% above IW before adjustments. It keeps slipping down but much slower, should end at around 40% over IW if it can match legs from now. Not bad at all!

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaas! It really does deserve this success, it was such a difficult film to make tying together all the 21 films before it, but they pulled it off spectacularly while also making a dang good standalone movie as well.

Lol, I get all my updates from the box office theory forum, those guys are awesome. By the way, their average prediction for Endgame was $295M dom in their prediction game so just goes to show how much higher this went that even fairly optimistic 'expert' expectations.

What Pi said, GOTG2 is almost irrelevant for Endgame as you'll have seen IW anyway.

Also, just downloaded GotG2 and the file isn't supported by my TV surprisingly. Going for another file then as well as the ant man movies I guess. I won't be seeing the movie until late this week anyway
