The tesseract is not to be used so lightly!
Already it is starting to split things unnaturally.

Ok it should be good.

When using https instead of http, a specific database of values is not refreshed in real time. I still need to do a bit of work to change that but I stopped it from affecting threads. Now it's only a problem when posting.

You're still having issues outside of posting?

I was, this thread was unread until I actually posted in it.

This post was the only time I had trouble with unread.

Who knew adding an s would cause so much trouble.

You barely ever post, you haven't had things set in yet.

I'm really not sure what's up.

If a person is using http and they post, the cache is cleared and recreated with the updated information. If a person is using https and they post, the cache is not cleared.

You'll find this one amusing. I found a solution! If I check to see if the cache file still exists immediately after deleting it and if I put the results of that check into an error log, the cache stays deleted. It sure looks like I have some timings issues going on and this works purely because it slows the server down, but it's still odd.

Its literally just this thread which isn't working for me now.

Yeah I just turned off caching.
