No. The budget bill affects a lot of things.
The CDC can actually start researching gun violence. It also prevents part of the wall from being built at all.

Yeah the divide between what parties like and don't like can be pretty arbitrary at times.

Space is traditionally liked by conservatives, especially human space flight and probes.

I've heard nothing but praise for SpaceX, but Tesla, nothing but criticism.
Space is one of the more bipartisan subjects.

Yeah it's funny with tesla. I don't keep watch so if a person starts talking bad about it I'll listen. But then if they start talking bad about spacex, it becomes really obvious they are clueless.
