I'm about half way through Tears of Vermillion.  I have the other 2.  I saw the second one at some weird sketchy toy store.  I was surprised since I couldn't find any evidence of the second one being released here.  Like, I couldn't find a picture of the box, I couldn't find it on ebay, Wikipedia didn't even mention if it was released here or not.

You mean prophecy of the moonlight witch?

Well it was released in NA in June 2006 lol

Man, I have to say, playing Tear of Vermillion is brutal , but I'm doing it one hour a day (cause I only play it at work lunch break). lol

Dat gameplay...I need to play something fast paced - I should play a Tales game since I havent played a Tales game since 2013?

Yeah Moonlight Witch.  I couldn't find much information on it.  Tears of Vermillion gets easier later on.  The translation is atrocious though.  They literally just put a babelfish translation in the game.

Yep,

The "Avin was spell Fireball" and the incorrect spelling words killed me inside lol.

Yeah it's hard to care when the translation is so bad.
