I think they will. Won't be hard either. Anthem and Battlefront 2 look amazing but Bethesda is one hell of a studio in its own right.

Elder Scrolls seems due to be announced.

A lot of their studios are bigger ones that work on multiple ones at the same time. So there could be some surprises.
I'm gonna say it'll definitely be better than EAs.

Highly doubt it. Right now, Elder Scrolls Online seems to be where they're content to leave the franchise for the time being. Rumors are a Fallout title set in New Orleans but I'm guessing that is another year from being announced. It seems the three new games most likely to be announced are Wolfenstein: The New Colossus, The Evil Within 2, and a new IP called Starfield if the rumors are true.
