Phase 1 is only US.

A game being made by a Japanese studio, supported more by Europe, gets beta access in North America first. Don't try to figure this out.

They said that running the beta in NA first best coincides with the teams working hours for patches and things like that

I'd say that it being easier to roll out a beta in one huge country than lots of more little ones has something to do with it also. I'm not really sure how developers monitor betas though.

I'm surprised how positive this Beta has been received up to this point, over the last year people had been barking about GT everytime it was brought up.
