I might have a reason to play AC Unity again.   The performance was so bad a lot that it hindered my overall enjoyment. I don't typically care if there are some performance problems but it was on a whole other level for me.  This should help with that.  Also watching that video reminded me how amazing the game looked.

Something came to my mind. I think the boost mode (or a variant of it) can be utilized on the PS5 for backwards compatibility for PS4 games.

Yeah that's pretty standard in some form. As long as PS5 doesn't need to spend too much power on emulation itself, the games should have improved performance.

Naaa, Cerny mentioned they'd capped the framerates on the Pro to match the base PS4. What they've done is remove that cap, something DF actually suggested in a vid a while back
