man this game is shaping up to be epic....

So excited for more ME greatness.

Still playing through ME3 though :p.

I'll get ME:A sometime in the future when all DLC is out or if they ever get a GOTY edition/complete edition out.

It's not just that. It's also because they seem to be adding a lot of new features and improvements that fit the game perfectly.

Landing on a planet, exploring it's story and lore, exploring the locations on it, and having its out come affect you, even if it isn't in a huge way, is such a great thing and fits the mass effect games greatly.

They have this much bigger emphasis on exploration this time around, and if they combine it with what mass effect does so well, which is story, lore and characters, then holly fudge that could turn out amazing.

Add to that the huge improvements to combat, which to me look amazing. And I'm certainly super hyped for this.

What they are doing with the exploration elements can be super epic, or fall flat out on its face, but I have faith and feel this game can be something special

I'm hoping the locations are varied. I also hope for a great story like in ME1. They've been talking suspiciously little about the story in this one.

well bioware knows how to make a good story. i think they are keeping it secret for the most part to not spoil anything. i hope it has a great story like the triology did.

Well me3 was hated on for its story, and the dragon age games didn't have a particularly good story.

ME3 was hated for its ending, not for its story. the actual story was really really good. much better than ME2 actually.

Hmm I quit after maybe one hour so I wouldn't know. I thought the story in 2 was weak. Well then, here's hoping!

Yeah i need to add it to OP.  I'm guessing we are going to have 7 planets to explore then.  Thats how many golden worlds there are in the game that the andromeda initiative was looking at.  Probably with some smaller planets that are just linear levels for story missions maybe.

I hope we have something like the moon in ME1. Some planets with not much stuff but fun to driver around and explore
