Maybe. But I think that anyone should be able to put bets on any score they want.

Let's face it, money is useless on this forum, so its less about the money and more about the bragging rights of being right. So, in my opinion we should let any number of people go on one score, but maybe the money reward goes down depending if you were first, second, third etc. to get there. That way there's still some sort of first come first serve element

Maybe if it is your first bet, you can pay half cost to have the same score as someone else.  Free for a different score.
