I could probably do with not sleeping for a while and get caught up on some of my shame, but I love my sleep too much.  I always say I'm gonna pull some long nights but I hardly ever do.

yea im tired as fudge lol i get to sleep at like 1am most nights, daughter gets dropped off at 530 most mornings, and i just shoveled the driveway infront of my apartment cause it snowed like 6 inches in the last 4 hours and i needed to go out. lol

Curious how many hours do you all get most nights?  I vary night to night.  Sometimes I get 9ish hours, but most it's usually 6-7 hours.

6.5-7 most nights but when I work late or have days off it's 8-9

It varies greatly for me. Mostly depends when I can get myself to sleep. I aim for 7 hours but I often only get 5-6 before a 9am start in the morning.

Just had 6 hours.  Have boxing training now followed by breakfast paid for by the club. Then I'm off to a football match.

By the time I eat around 4pm I'm going to crash and be very tired.
