You know, it still hasn't sunk in that this game is releasing like, now.  While I'm sure the game's great, I have zero hype compared to when RE6 was coming out (Don't hate me)

the hype on this seems to be rather low. i dont feel like its going to do well. the solid reviews will certainly help it though.

Wow, I honestly didn't know it was so close to the release. Thought it was holiday time

I hope all the people complaining about the last game pick this up at least.  Cause, believe it or not, RE6 is Capcom's third highest selling title and this game "can" sell significantly less because of going full on horror.  In other words, they better put their money where their mouth is.

I reckon it's gonna do well. Maybe it won't have a massive first week, but I wager it'll have decent legs for a couple months and Capcom will reach their 4 million goal for the quarter.

going first person is a drastic change for the series, it might put a lot of people off. but i agree with you, it will be interesting to see what happens with this. this game might rejuvenate the series and make it feel fresh, while also connecting with the "horror" roots the first one had.

maybe so. maybe because i dont care one bit about RE to notice if people are excited for it or not. but the good reviews will certainly help. also the good VR integration might help word of mouth and people talking about it plus help its sales a bit
