$199 or doom.

Like 384 GFLOPS docked, 153.6 GFLOPS undocked.

Wii U is 352 GFLOPS?  

Can't compare the number directly. It's just one variable, but it's bad either way.  

199$ needs to happen, and Nintendo needs to push games hard.

Wii U was a victim of being made on technology of never being able to get cheaper.  This thing is on new tech that should be cheaper.

That explains the framerate issues of Zelda undocked.

Switch will make the Wii look powerful for its time.

Looking at those specs, the Switch is more of a handheld that can output to a TV screen than a hybrid console/handheld. I don't personally mind because I always saw the Switch as a handheld, but it really needs to be priced right.

and then watched this on switch

i don't know if the entire game got nerfed or if it is just the switch version but that demo on the tonight show is noticablly worse.



i simply don't trust any "switch" footage that looks good.  we've already had nintendo lie to us about oblivion on switch and now this is an obvious lie too.  nintendo isn't telling anyone anything about switch until the last possible moment and to me it is clearly because they want to spread FUD marketing that makes switch look much better than it is.

switch is a handheld.  it might even be a good handheld if it was marketed as such.  because nintendo is marketing it as a console this is pure shame.
