the shame going down in NC is an absolute assault on democracy. the things that trump says are are well,..  maybe he doesn't do what he says but i'm scared of him. his cabinets picks are all i have to judge so far but they are not good.

i wouldn't be so scared if democrates controlled anything but republicans have the presidency, senate, house, and supreme court. and since republicans love voter supression laws so much we're not likely to ever win again.

If voter suppression became such a big thing, Democrats should push charity kind of things to help people get IDs.

it won't be just IDs.

earlir this year republicans noticed that liberal states have more children than the rust belt.  there was a push that so far went no where to redefine how electors and house representation is distributed so that children don't count.  it is a different take on gerrymandering that favors the rust belt.

also, republicans are a big fan of the idea that if you ever have had a felony you are banned from voting for life.  when paired with the war on drugs it means like a third of blacks will be eliminated from voting.  it also targets latinos too.

there will be other things as well i'm sure.  they can pass anything they want know and they have no integrity, sense of fairness, or shyness about writting targeted to stack the deck in their favor.

I'd be happier if I could get a job in a studio.  So far I'm good.  Get super stressed and down feeling like I'm not doing enough or I imagine what my professor would be saying.  I try and think that it's all my decision and not his.  Me thinking about what he would say and want me to do is what is making me try and rush projects too fast and then he kept putting me on a pedestal saying I should be a able to get a job easily, but nothing is happening for me right now.  And then sometimes I get sick of working on some of my projects so I rush them and then they are not as good as they could be.  Its a cycle, but I'll get there eventually.
