Down 50% on Black Ops 3 is a massive flop no matter who you ask.

Sun/Moon is about 2.7m, so BF1 did better than ~1.4m. Pretty good that, might still be ahead of COD in lifetime sales

Nope.

The ranking didn't include bundles... BF1 sold more than Pokémon without bundle... 2.7m is with bundle.

And the ranking is revenue... Pokémon was cheaper that means more units less revenue.

Yeah, looking at Xev's math, those numbers from Windows Central are completely reasonable. I'm willing to take their word for it.

Though I wonder where 1 million XBOs and 1.1 million PS4s were rounded from. For example, were XBO sales rounded up from 950K or rounded down from 1.04 million? The hardware numbers Aquamarine provided had more precision.

Estimates put 3DS at 560k. Combine that with a roughly 200k estimate for WiiU and you get hardware total at about 2.8m using the leaked numbers. 30% of 2.8m is 840k.

So, U4 bundle sold somewhere around 840k and there were practically no slim consoles sold without it, that would give about 250k for the pro. Its not a great result but seems reasonable and for sure backs up the leaked numbers.

Also HW revenue down 35%, consoles were on average a lot cheaper this year, especially with the $99 3DS accounting for a lot of sales for the month. This means that unit sales would be down a fair amount less than that. Huh, I guessed that units would be down 20% and that gave me 2.8m based on last Novembers numbers.

I'm inclined to trust the leaked numbers now.

Fine, these are rough estimates. I have estimate WiiU+Vita+ all last gen consoles to be ~240k. Unless you have numbers you can't really argue against that. For this purpose that only really needs to be accurate within 100k either way, which it will be.
