At least they aren't keeping people in the dark making them speculate about this shame for the next few months.

Then again we'll probably get tons of people proclaiming that Nintendo will blow away the world on January 12th etc. We're already seeing people saying how incredibly smart Nintendo is because of this and how the NS is going to sell so well....

the consensus according to chertz is 2 million in the launch month is laughably low.  even ps4 only managed 1m in it's first shipment.  people are crazy over there,.. so blinded by their own love for nintendo.

That the Nintendo fans on the chertz are completely out of their mind when it comes to predicting Nintendo hardware sales has already been shown with the Wii U. They seem to be completely unable to understand that the Wii era was an exception, probably even a fluke.
