PSVR Launch Bundle straight into the monthly chart at 32nd. PS4 Pro moving up a place to 99th in the yearly. There may be doubt about the PSVR's capability to move PS4s but there's no doubt the PSVR is going to have a good debut.

yeah its gonna have a strong release. should be able to sell 1M+ by years end. whats important next is to keep a strong and steady stream of releases. GTS needs to release soon, and needs to have a strong VR mode. that can push VR in a HUGE way in Europe.

Farpoint needs to be good as well, if its good, it can help convince a lot of people to get a PSVR. getting FPS fans on board with VR is crucial. Farpoint needs to be the start of that.

I agree, software support is important. Lack of it is the reason Kinect and Move died.

Well it has todo with more people trading in the old system for the new. I'd expect next month with the pro to be the same situation. I know I'm trading my in and it's easier to do that at best buy or gamestop. Hoping they have a good trade in deal. I talked to them while I was there getting the psvr but they don't have an actual deal right now. Just 150 trade for a ps4. making the pro 250.

Have they announced any bundles yet?

Once the Pro launches things will get back to normal. There's not going to be an endless stock of OG XB1s, and that's one of the things that threw last month out. The Halo Bundle is NOT being sold by Amazon this month and that could have a baring on this month too, although going by Amazon at the moment, even with that taken into consideration it looks to be the PS4 that takes this month. I'm not predicting that with anywhere near as much confidence as normal though.

Like Gribs said, there's a few things to consider this month when looking at the Amazon data. This is a unique situation which rarely happens.

The only thing that could possibly upset the apple cart right now is the fact the Halo Bundle (the most successful bundle) isn't being sold on Amazon but it is everywhere else. I'll be glad when the Pro releases and we get back to normal.
