Seriously, wtf are they thinking. They are now hated and Steam have cut any ties with them. I don't like to see a company go under but they haven't done themselves any favours.

New Game idea!

It's a game about money management, you have to make throw away games to con people out of their money, then you can sue them when they aren't happy with your product. The end boss is suing your digital distribution partner. Better start saving.

This is genius.  I got a few good names for it;  "Burn Your Bridges" or "Bite The Hand That Feeds You"

It is important thing to note – Digital Homicide didn't file a dismissal or a case. The company had pretty much nothing to do with the case other than some evidence.  Which was why we were surprised by the result. It's like a manager at a large mall shop filing suit against some harassers who've been attacking him inside and outside of his shop, and the entire shops removed. It's confusing.

We may have been painted in a negative customer light by gaming media, truthfully we've been fighting for lower prices and a more open market – which to me is the most important thing for consumers.

This guy has some mental issues

Kinda.
The one who filed the case was the founder, but it wasn't "Digital Homicide".
It'd be a little bit more like the president of Walmart suing some customers for leaving bad reviews.

The founder is the one that owns DH right?
Wouldn't be more like the owner of a independent store suing customers for complaining about the quality of the products they sell.

Yeah, not really that different from what I said.

But Walmart is a chain and a huge company, DH is one small studio :p

I mean, no... But okay.

I'm not sure how you can claim damages by loss of sales and say it isn't the company suing

It's more like a vendor in the mall accusing the mall and the guests on poor sales. Threaten to sue everyone for damages for loss of sales. Then the mall saying, we don't want you sell stuff in our location anymore. Oh, and they are selling scrap metal jewelry. Kinda like the stuff you find on Venice Beach

I'm disagreeing/agreeing with what you said.

It wasn't technically the company, but it was.
Is what I'm saying.

As in it's not "Digital Homicide", but it is Digital Homicide because it's the founder.
