Amazon Sales Thread - October 2016

The Gears bundle needs to sustain the lead for at least a week or more. If it falls behind after two or three days then we could get a repeat of Sep. Sony could amass enough sales to compensate for any losses at the end of the month. I honestly think the main problem (not really a problem) is the closer we get to the PS4pro, the more likely people will wait.

It's a very odd month and one that is hard to predict. While it's relatively easy to gauge the impact of a big game on console sales, it's a lot harder to work out how PSVR will impact PS4 sales and how PS Pro releasing next month will impact the PS4 Slim sales this month.

There's two way of looking at the PSVR in terms of PS4 sales, assuming some people buy both: People might opt for the slim+PSVR for  financial reasons OR they may buy it to go with the Pro for performance reasons. I don't think we'll ever be able to work out which it was regardless of what happens.

Both instances will costs a lot of money to dip into VR, $760 minimum, so I think that although PSVR might shift PS4s there might be some people that will buy a PS4 for VR but without buying PSVR and buy it further down the line. Overall though I don't see PSVR as a big system seller in the short term but will help PS4 sales in the long run.

I put a space to prevent the emoticon from showing. And WTF is going with the links? They worked fine yesterday and they are still linked to the right places but for some reason takes you to a different page.

For some reason, the links work if you right-click and select "Open new tab" or CTRL + Left-click. However, if you just left-click on them, the pages are blank.

Infinite warfare cod4 ps4 sku already in the top 20.

And on amazon Japan the slim is weathering the famicon onslaught.  It's back up to #2. Ps4 slim and $50 price cut has had a major impact in Japan.  New baseline will be impressive.

Slim seems to be doing pretty good in Japan. I think PS4 might take the crown in Japan until NX releases.

But I don't want to reply to anyone, I just want to keep the numbers updated. how do I get that option without having to reply?

And I haven't seen this answered yet but is there an option to change the colour scheme? I can't read anything for any longer than a minute before I have to stop reading because of it hurting my eyes. I've never understood why sites opt for white text.

Oh, I think I now know what you're trying to say. Click on "More" and then, "Modify". That brings you to full edit as opposed to quick edit. And then, you can copy/paste the rankings. You won't get the weird gray highlight background as you would when you copy/paste straight from a comment. You also don't need to re-bold or re-italicize.

For your second question, click on your username on the top and select "Look and Layout". You can change the theme there, though there aren't many currently.
