29 injured. They said they don't suspect terrorism at this time. A second device was found a few blocks away and detonated safely at a gun range.

I hope they find the people responsible. A street cam caught the explosion on tap, so hopefully it caught the person who put it there.

The first news I heard of this said 25 dead.

But it doesn't have to be terrorism, because the definition of terrorism requires political goals.

Seems it is terrorism. And the mall attack too. Hopefully they'll have him by the end of the day. You can't take a shame in NYC with out it being filmed.
