If the lawsuit was going well, I don't think Digital Homicide would've resorted to suing Steam users ;D

yup, looks like Valve wasnt gonna mess around lol  DH was nuked from the store, and valve released a statement

"Valve has stopped doing business with Digital Homicide for being hostile to Steam customers."

But I'd be shocked if this is the last we hear of them. Next they might sue Valve itself.
