Battlefield 1 beta impressions

I think the abundance of sand gives it that Battlefront feel. I got the same feeling when I played it.

First time I actually enjoy a battlefield game. It's actually really fun. It's no doom, but it's fun.

I think I'll wait for major discounts or a city edition though. You could get battlefield 4/hard-line for like 8 bucks on sales that happened a few weeks ago. Might wait for something like that for BF1


I'm worried this would have a Battlefront effect though. Where it's fun for the first 8 hours but after that it gets boring.

I always have a problem setting up a squad in BF4.

weve had no problems except for other people joining our squad lol  so when someone came along aan hour later the squad we were in was full so it didnt put him in our squad lol we provably needed to lock it somehow

we just set up the party chat, and ince in the game it knew we were partied up.  the leader joined a game and asked if we wanted to join.   worked great

I haven't played it with friends yet. Hopefully they do improve it over BF4. I mean making a squad full of friends wasn't that bad in BF4 just a little annoying to set it up initially.

What are your thoughts on the tanks? I'm hesitant to say they are OP, because I feel like people only have a tough time taking them out due to them being new to the game as well as not having all the equipment you will have in the final game which will allow you to destroy vehicles.

I constantly find myself getting matches like these two and to be honest it gets a little boring so I've ended up not even using vehicles...Just too easy to do good right now with them.

they just need to allow the player to have more anti tank equipment. more ammo and such. and players need to stop being bedsprings and actually attack the tanks together.

What the hell is going on with the shadow at 55 seconds? You're reloading but your shadow suggest you are doing a different animation.
