So for some reason I was ignored the last time I posted this, so here is reconfirmation again. Driveclub VR was developed by the original Driveclub team.

Sorry, I'm out of the loop here.  Rushy worked for Evolution, now for Codemasters.
I can believe the majority of PSVR DriveClub had already been done within Evolution...with the last bits tidied up by some other Sony studio for release.  However, how would Rushy know about Sony's plans and be able to post on Twitter about them?  Still has a strong tie to PlayStation or the DriveClub project?  What would Codemasters think about this?

The team continued our work on DCVR whilst at Codemasters. The focus has been on our new racing IP during the past few months, but DCVR has been ongoing up until very recently.
Our future plans are now are 100% on our new game.

You didn't have a source last time. :)

Kinda crazy they are still making the game for Sony even after being fired. What a weird situation.

Excellent news for those picking up DCVR, Evolution did a fantastic job on DC, will be interesting to see if DCVR is supported in the same way DC was with that crazy season pass. So much DLC :| I 100% the game and all that DLC, some really hard time trails.

If you've got 30 minutes to waste then check out this Death Stranding theory video.

Some new large scale japanese games announced by Cygames (they usually make phone games I think, but opened a studio specifically for "high-end" PS4 development)

One is a Granblue Fantasy (which is pretty popular on mobile I think) action RPG developed by Platinum

The other is this:

Cygames announces Project Awakening (high-end console game, probably PS4) - NeoGAF

QuoteIt's a high-end console game made by Cygames Osaka, who Cygames established for PS4 development. Waiting for the trailer to be posted. No more real details.///

No platform announced for either project, but PS4 seems like a fair assumption at this point. Neat.

QuoteThe same development team who made DRIVECLUB, also made DRIVECLUB VR.

Other Ocean did not contribute, nor did any other team, to its development.

i really doubt they will be pricing the Slim at 250$. i think they will price it at 299$, and maybe have deals over the holidays that have it at 250$

With how "cheap" the slim looks, I hope it's a significant price drop.

First PS3 slim was $100 off so here's hoping.

I think it shows there is still a good relationship there.  Doesn't seem to be any bad blood.

Hopefully them joining codemasters leads to a really good racing game from them.  That would be sweet.

Or imagine codemasters developed a racer for Sony.  A Motorstorm re-imagining by codemasters.  One can dream.

PS3 was in a very different situation than the PS4. they dont need a 100$ price drop, not with the amount of consoles they are selling.

Sony also needs to be cautious about pricing both the slim and Neo. If the difference is too small, then one of them will get screwed over. A $150 gap assuming the Neo launches at $399 is a good gap, in my opinion.

And yeah, that reduction in size is rather substantial. Not only will the cost of manufacturing be significantly lower, but also the distribution costs since Sony can ship more PS4's per volume.
